Pros

Good talent pool, collegial atmosphers

Cons

Management full of people who joined the firm early enough and rose with the tide. partners dont sell work and push it down to managers and consultants, this creates a conflict of interest. Managers and consultants who need to be jjust concerned about delivery of results, try to oversell thereby impacting quality of results also they are unethical in billing clients. I was billed twice in the same duration to the same client. when client objected, they claimed that i was working extra time on my own accord and hence I was billed 60hrs/wk also multi project staffing means you are never able to learn or do any one thing correctly

Pros

- Exposure to large-scale projects and enterprise clients - Opportunity to work on modern technologies and data platforms - Strong technical talent within teams

Cons

- Leadership and management practices are heavily influenced by offshore working styles, which can create misalignment with local work expectations in the U.S. - Work-life balance can be difficult, with expectations around extended hours and frequent overlap with offshore teams - Limited flexibility around boundaries outside standard working hours - High workload and pressure can make long-term sustainability challenging for some employees - Team inclusivity and engagement can sometimes feel uneven, with opportunities for more balanced collaboration across all team members - Retention challenges observed among employees not aligned with the prevailing work style
