Pros

Compensation leader in the pharmaceutical consulting space. Office culture (see cons) overall is good and good people to work with.

Cons

No set standards. In consulting project expenses are billable which is a standard practice across all big consulting firms. Some PAMs on a few projects take advantage of the vague expense policies and harass (quite literally...constant nagging) employees not to expense food and other expenses. HR is non existent in this office and the reviews, promotions are all driven by perception of the PAM group. There is strong evidence of subjective reviews, office politics and favoritism. Top down approach in management style. The pace at which this office has grown has resulted in an influx of new employees at PAM level who do not understand the ZS culture and the importance of people. The HR team are falling puppets to PAM team.
