Collegiate atmosphere among the junior ranks means everyone pulls together to make important project deadlines. The senior management are starting to listen employees who are upset at the lack of opportunities in the areas where we want to work rather than forcing projects upon individuals because that is what they want. There are some managers and partners who are excellent, spend the time with you necessary to help you learn and succeed. Cons
If you end up working for a manager/partner who has a differnt working style than what suits you then you will end up in trouble. The manager on a project has control over you life so what they say goes.
