Pros
Smart and motivated lower-mid level employees. Very structured typical "ZS" way. If you like being told exactly what to do with very little thinking involved, this is for you.
Cons
Management is super old school and stuck in the past. Analyses performed are tried and tested, lather/rince/repeat pieces that ZS has been doing for 25 years. The software they use and "sell" to other companies has not been edited in over 20 years. Thus, no real growth for entry level applicants seeking knowledge in the modern world
