Pros

1) If you are lucky you might end up with a good consulting project which will be interesting as well as a good learning experience 2) Decent experience if you are just looking to stay for an year before pursuing MBA

Cons

1) Quality of work varies immensely from project to project and you pretty much cannot choose what you want to work on 2) You'd be working long hours on menial jobs. Reporting and data entry tasks will be garbed in the jargon of 'data analytics' and large 'client operations projects'
