Pros

+ Fun, smart people + Exposure to pharma/biotech industry: you'll work with all of the top companies + Strong data analytics: you will become a wizard in Excel and analyzing secondary data + Decent post-MBA pay; good raises

Cons

- Work life balance is impossible: expect to work nights/weekends and cancel a lot of plans. Upper management does not push back on unreasonable client requests. - Limited exit options: even within pharma, ZS is mostly known for analytics. If you're seeking a marketing/strategy role, you'll fall short on a lot of experience employers are looking for. If you're looking for a role outside of healthcare, forget about it unless you're willing to take a step back to entry level roles. - Little strategic thinking. Very data focused but not much opportunity to work on business strategy.
