Pros

- The ZS brand value is great, especially when looking to switch careers - The people - not all, but some, especially the A's and AC's are cool people

Cons

Where do I begin.. so for context, I worked in the Business Technology track. The BT track is not ZS's forte. But it's currently the most profitable arm of the company. Which is a shame because of their limited focus and poor management. - As an Associate, I learned a few good skills around client and project management. But in return, I signed up for 16-20 hrs/day, working on the same exact things day in and day out. So monotonous, no scope to enhance your technical skills (which is ironic, considering it's the 'Technology' track), work with micro-managers at different levels (Consultants, Managers, APs) who have thrived at the company for years basically being nothing but paranoid and spreading the fear equitably. - When I joined, I was in a bad place personally so had to take a pay cut to join ZS from my previous employer (who was happy to pay more to keep me but I had to move states). The pay is utter BS (not market rates, atleast not from personal experience). In the last year, I've switched to a more rewarding and enriching job at a more fast paced company that pays me 100% more than what I made at ZS (no joke). - From what I've heard from fellow workers, this is not an isolated experience. I can keep going on but I have never ever written online reviews before and I think I'm done now haha. One more thing though - if you're looking to switch to ZS, do so with caution. Especially if you're joining at the Consultant level or lower.
