The work environment here is pretty laid back, so this is decent place to work for a couple years, but don’t get confortable here and stall your career development.

Cons

Do not join this company if you are looking for growth. This company does not promote people and uses very outdated business management software. The quality standards are also pretty low and do not meet industry standards...Most of the skills you learn are not transferable to other jobs because things are pretty backwards here so you are not developing any useful skills. This company also treats their manufacturing employees horribly. People need to be provided with a safe and humane working environment

Great management while working autonomously, never had any issues as the culture was very rewarding without being overwhelming.

Cons

If you can't work well autonomously and be able to figure out what you need to do then probably not the best fit for the role.

Contract work Mid to upper managment dont care about work life balance at all. As in dont blink an eye at 20+hr days for weeks on end.
