Pros
Two kinds of soda, bottled water, and coffee are free in the kitchen. Employees learn to handle stress and ultimately prioritize their lives.
Cons
In my time working at similar firms that produce similar products on a similar scale, I have never encountered a more inefficient, irksome, and irrational development process. Project management seems to be driven by a Ouija Board and the individual managers' mood rather than a planned deliverable schedule. Manager's will tell you that the environment is dynamic because ZT responses to customer needs; this is a lie, the environment is not dynamic, it is chaotic, and it is because they are incompetent. I very rarely knew at any point in the past year what my projects would be for the following day. Final thoughts: the pay is terrible, HR is simultaneously sycophantic to managers and cruel to employees (I note this b/c they miss filed my bonus and unnecessarily increased my tax burden), and working here is a nightmare.
