Pros

-Opportunity for work -Historically has had a positive culture, somewhat because of a short management structure where everyone feels like they can provide input -Good in office perks

Cons

1) Management -Short management structure which created strong positive culture years ago is now failing as the company has grown tremendously. Blurred and misaligned communication with no indication of adjusting. -Managers/Directors in place are not talented enough to proactively solve business problems. Everything at ZT is reactionary. 2) Turnover 2) Comp is average at best 3) Corporate functions are 100% onsite with no WFH opportunity

Pros

Great management while working autonomously, never had any issues as the culture was very rewarding without being overwhelming.

Cons

If you can't work well autonomously and be able to figure out what you need to do then probably not the best fit for the role.

Company offers ability to grow You can learn a lot if you seek it out

Cons

Contract work Mid to upper managment dont care about work life balance at all. As in dont blink an eye at 20+hr days for weeks on end.
