employees are stellar, teams are good and work well together.

Cons

management is archaic, they think its a mans world, they don't trust their employers and tend to favor straight men. A few great managers - but often their hands are tied and can't do much to advance the rock star employees, sadly they end up leaving...

Pros

Great management while working autonomously, never had any issues as the culture was very rewarding without being overwhelming.

Cons

If you can't work well autonomously and be able to figure out what you need to do then probably not the best fit for the role.

Company offers ability to grow You can learn a lot if you seek it out

Cons

Contract work Mid to upper managment dont care about work life balance at all. As in dont blink an eye at 20+hr days for weeks on end.
