Pros
There are no pros to this place at all. Some will say the transportation comp or free meals are pros, but you need to either endure torture for the comp, or slave ungodly hours of OT to get the meal. Even then, the meal COMES AFTER your shift so in essence it's a kick in the face because you can't even eat it at 6pm like a normal human eats dinner.
Cons
Organizational culture is oppressive, abusive, toxic, and flat out ridiculous. If you like being told by ineffective clueless Warehouse Management that you are responsible for unskilled, lazy, irresponsible employees that do not listen and report to different supervisors who did put away after 6pm incorrectly when you're already long gone for the day, then this place is for you. Or, if you want your performance review based on other people's actions like, if you submit an adjustment report and that person ignores the request routinely to have accounting adjust the differences, then this place is for you. And, lastly, if you routinely like asking your Warehouse Manager for resources and support only to be told you are complaining and are already over budget in resources, and that you should communicate yourself but actually communication with the unskilled lazy irresponsible temps is futile leaving you with zero results and support, then this place is for you.
