Great relationships with all of my direct peers. We actively build culture for each other. Great opportunity to learn about the technological manufacturing industry. I genuinely believe that most employees are giving their best effort to make this company great.

Trickle-down methods of communication create an accordion-effect on the team’s productivity and efficiency.

Pros

Great management while working autonomously, never had any issues as the culture was very rewarding without being overwhelming.

Cons

If you can't work well autonomously and be able to figure out what you need to do then probably not the best fit for the role.

Cons

Contract work Mid to upper managment dont care about work life balance at all. As in dont blink an eye at 20+hr days for weeks on end.
