Pros

Good entry position to get into Tech and further your skills. They often have opportunities to work overtime.

Cons

Management is underqualified and don't have good manager qualities. 90% of managers are people who started as a technician and don't actually have managing skills. Communication between managers and employees is poor. Compensation is very poor and employees are underpaid Feels like you are in a prison. Language barrier between pretty much all employees.

Pros

Great management while working autonomously, never had any issues as the culture was very rewarding without being overwhelming.

Cons

If you can't work well autonomously and be able to figure out what you need to do then probably not the best fit for the role.

Company offers ability to grow You can learn a lot if you seek it out

Cons

Contract work Mid to upper managment dont care about work life balance at all. As in dont blink an eye at 20+hr days for weeks on end.
