      Engaging work due to the variety of applications you support in the role, since the enterprise uses different applications in all different areas and departments in the company.

      Cons

      Upper management sometimes misaligned on goals. Office politics/ tension between managers sometimes gets in the way of work.

      Some other employees were friendly.

      Cons

      Human Resource personnel on site in small CT office (1 wo/man show)and even in corporate office need to be re-educated on ethics, harassment, discrimination and in general and basic employment laws in general how to treat employees as human beings. No trust. Even if you quit, if new employer calls to verify employment do not be surprised if they say you were terminated. Fair warning.
