      First i would be happy to be part of your company to improve progress and work together to get thejob done safe and fast i been in steel erecting 10 years i sold my. Company in haiti wich is grandes antilles steal structures. And now whould come back and work in my home town wich is florida. I worked all over the us.

      Some other employees were friendly.

      Cons

      Human Resource personnel on site in small CT office (1 wo/man show)and even in corporate office need to be re-educated on ethics, harassment, discrimination and in general and basic employment laws in general how to treat employees as human beings. No trust. Even if you quit, if new employer calls to verify employment do not be surprised if they say you were terminated. Fair warning.
