Pros
- Had overtime for new construction at first - Had a very small, less than $1 raise given twice a year - Given the opportunity to help recruiters to put that experience on resume
Cons
- No formal training, no handbook, created my own notes from learning from another employment rep. and created my own handbook on how to complete tasks as a breakdown of procedures. ( You would have thought with a company so large, something like this would have already existed). - They took away our overtime with a one week warning. - No true aspects of job security, the discussions with management were vague and didn't give me much to hang on to. - They didn't move me over to the maintenance side within the same town after my new construction job was coming to an end. They didn't offer me that for the future.
