      Pros

      Well structured management, above average pay, respectful and professional culture, senior engineers were always willing to help out and answer questions.

      Cons

      Lack of communication from corporate. While Zachry is an EPC contractor, the main focus for corporate is the procurement and construction. Career advancement likely requires relocation.

      Some other employees were friendly.

      Cons

      Human Resource personnel on site in small CT office (1 wo/man show)and even in corporate office need to be re-educated on ethics, harassment, discrimination and in general and basic employment laws in general how to treat employees as human beings. No trust. Even if you quit, if new employer calls to verify employment do not be surprised if they say you were terminated. Fair warning.
