      Pros

      Gym, cafeteria and gift shop in house.

      Cons

      Every couple months you get a new manager ones are ok ones are really bad. Coworkers gossip and some of them are racist, the company laid off more than half the procurement department without notice one day they called everyone at 8:00 AM to tell them they are fired don’t come to the office.

      Some other employees were friendly.

      Cons

      Human Resource personnel on site in small CT office (1 wo/man show)and even in corporate office need to be re-educated on ethics, harassment, discrimination and in general and basic employment laws in general how to treat employees as human beings. No trust. Even if you quit, if new employer calls to verify employment do not be surprised if they say you were terminated. Fair warning.
