      Pros

      Formerly, a stable work environment.

      Cons

      Cut throat management of the Engineering department. Used Covid to push benefit cuts and layoffs related to pour business development. Retains clients who push for salary cuts, while dropping clients that want quality work with competitive salaries. Beware if you live in a state that doesn't protect unpaid vacation upon dismissal.

      Some other employees were friendly.

      Cons

      Human Resource personnel on site in small CT office (1 wo/man show)and even in corporate office need to be re-educated on ethics, harassment, discrimination and in general and basic employment laws in general how to treat employees as human beings. No trust. Even if you quit, if new employer calls to verify employment do not be surprised if they say you were terminated. Fair warning.
