      Pros

      I have made many long-lasting friendships throughout my time working at Zachry. I managed to work my way up through the ranks while I was with Zachry and they realized in turn my qualifications and dedication to my craft and my coworkers.

      Cons

      I found that in my time working in the field was that management was out of touch with their employees in the field. This in turn made the field employees feel alienated towards management, driving down moral and productivity.

      Some other employees were friendly.

      Cons

      Human Resource personnel on site in small CT office (1 wo/man show)and even in corporate office need to be re-educated on ethics, harassment, discrimination and in general and basic employment laws in general how to treat employees as human beings. No trust. Even if you quit, if new employer calls to verify employment do not be surprised if they say you were terminated. Fair warning.
