      Friendly and approachable CEO Fitness Center (home office) Cafe (home office) On-site medical services (home office) Successful change from good ole boy network to a good young woman network (if you're not in with JT, TM or LG, don't expect much advancement)

      Not competitive pay Toxic work atmosphere Unstable management (constantly changing) Back-stabbing (two-faced) upper management

      Some other employees were friendly.

      Cons

      Human Resource personnel on site in small CT office (1 wo/man show)and even in corporate office need to be re-educated on ethics, harassment, discrimination and in general and basic employment laws in general how to treat employees as human beings. No trust. Even if you quit, if new employer calls to verify employment do not be surprised if they say you were terminated. Fair warning.
