      Pros

      Extremely hard to get fired, I’ve seen people derail trains multiple times and they weren’t even asked to take a drug test and they definitely weren’t fired. It actually caused ZACHRY to lose a residency contract with the plant. They were willing to pay for unemployment while finding open positions at other plants.

      Cons

      Bad health care, and hard to get raises.

      Some other employees were friendly.

      Cons

      Human Resource personnel on site in small CT office (1 wo/man show)and even in corporate office need to be re-educated on ethics, harassment, discrimination and in general and basic employment laws in general how to treat employees as human beings. No trust. Even if you quit, if new employer calls to verify employment do not be surprised if they say you were terminated. Fair warning.
