      Pros

      Overall culture is good. Good time off program. Above average per diem. Good opportunities for growth if communicated with management. Fast growth within the industry.

      Cons

      Poor management on this project, but I've heard this is out of the normal for the company.

      Pros

      Some other employees were friendly.

      Cons

      Human Resource personnel on site in small CT office (1 wo/man show)and even in corporate office need to be re-educated on ethics, harassment, discrimination and in general and basic employment laws in general how to treat employees as human beings. No trust. Even if you quit, if new employer calls to verify employment do not be surprised if they say you were terminated. Fair warning.
