      I found the company to be a positive workplace with a supportive team of coworkers. While the perks are on par with industry standards, the overall work experience was enjoyable. My tenure here was a fulfilling period.

      While guidance can sometimes be limited, it presents an opportunity to develop problem-solving skills and self-sufficiency.

      Some other employees were friendly.

      Cons

      Human Resource personnel on site in small CT office (1 wo/man show)and even in corporate office need to be re-educated on ethics, harassment, discrimination and in general and basic employment laws in general how to treat employees as human beings. No trust. Even if you quit, if new employer calls to verify employment do not be surprised if they say you were terminated. Fair warning.
