      Great way to get introduced into the construction field

      Cons

      A lot of people who moved up were because they were related to someone in management Too much emphasis on Texas A&M grads No corporate culture and seasoned superintendents were not trained well enough to use a computer let alone to do half of their job.

      Some other employees were friendly.

      Cons

      Human Resource personnel on site in small CT office (1 wo/man show)and even in corporate office need to be re-educated on ethics, harassment, discrimination and in general and basic employment laws in general how to treat employees as human beings. No trust. Even if you quit, if new employer calls to verify employment do not be surprised if they say you were terminated. Fair warning.
