      Pros

      It has been my experience that as long as you do your job, this is a relaxed and fun place to work.

      Cons

      There are long hours and a lot of travel involved. As long as you live in Houston, the commute should always at least be manageable.

      Some other employees were friendly.

      Cons

      Human Resource personnel on site in small CT office (1 wo/man show)and even in corporate office need to be re-educated on ethics, harassment, discrimination and in general and basic employment laws in general how to treat employees as human beings. No trust. Even if you quit, if new employer calls to verify employment do not be surprised if they say you were terminated. Fair warning.
