I've been with Zaius for a little over a year, and have had a great experience so far. The culture/environment is awesome, and management truly cares about all the employees. Here are some of the perks you'll find: - Company stock/equity (you have a stake in it what we're doing) - 401k employer match - Unlimited vacation policy - Flexible work environment (ability to work from home, etc) - Weekly catered lunches - Stocked beer fridge (we love craft beer) - Sweet Zaius swag - Off-site and on-site happy hours - Kitchen full of snacks and sweets - Dart tournament (we're big into darts - reigning champ, no big deal) - Great office location by the TD Garden We don't take ourselves seriously, but we take our work seriously. We're changing the MarTech landscape, and you wont find any egos here. Everyone is willing to help you out when you need it - and there are plenty of opportunities for cross-functional/cross-department projects. Upper management is extremely transparent and accessible, which is a huge plus. You feel like your voice is heard, and they give you the autonomy to make your own decisions to push things forward.
