Pros
Zaius is a great place to be right now! The company is growing very quickly with amazing growth goals and incentives for their employees. The products is constantly improving and evolving and is something I truly believe in, and can get behind in a relatable way when speaking to prospective customers. Zaius is focused on providing their employees with the best support, tools, and resources in order to propel them forward not only in their day to day, but careers overall! One of my favorite things about being a part of the Zaius team is the collaboration across teams, and the company as a whole. Everyone at Zaius wants the entire team, and the company to be successful, and people are willing to help where ever they can to ensure that success is possible! Zaius is one of the only places I have worked that is committed to the feedback not only of their employees but of their customers. Zaius it looking for open, and honest feedback to ensure the product, and its employees are always at the top of their game! I know that my opinion matters here and is taken seriously.
Cons
The startup culture is not everyone. It means some long days, and figuring things out as they come, but that is what I like about being a part of the Zaius team. I am constantly learning new skills, values, and strategies that allow me to grow both personally and professionally.
