Pros
Having read the past few reviews, I think context is very important here. I recently departed Zaius and want to address some of the challenges that have been laid out on here: Yes - the last year was tough on Zaius and many employees, but most specifically the Sales team. The market shifted, and Zaius's historical value proposition was hard to justify due to pricing challenges in their target segments. No - to put this solely on Sales leadership feels misplaced, potentially unfair. I have worked, personally and directly, with the head of sales and the leadership team in position there. All care very deeply for the success and well-being of the team. Sometimes in business things don't go as planned, there are collateral actions for that - but I can vouch for the intent of the leaders and assure it is pure. Yes - Customer Success has also seen a fair share of recent turnover. No - that shouldn't give you pause. The folks on that team are incredible. The leaders who recently took over the Ongoing and the Technical side are both compassionate and legit. You will be in good hands. Yes - HR took a beating on here in their reviews. Some folks even resorted to personal attacks. No - that was not my experience, at all. I had to partner with these folks often. Their job is hard on a normal basis, factor in a shifting market and a right-sized organization over time and you have a recipe for people misplacing blame. Every time I worked with HR, I found empathetic folks who predominantly cared only about positive employee experiences. Ultimately, when I look at any job, I ask myself three questions: Are the folks there hard working? Is the company trying to do something different? Will I learn from this experience and come out stronger on the other side? Zaius provided a yes in all three of those areas for me.
Cons
Zaius is hard work - be prepared to roll up your sleeves to be successful.
