Understaffed for the rapid growth of the company.

Really interesting technical problems (how do you find geothermal sites that have no indications on the surface, and how do you determine exactly where to drill to develop a geothermal well). The team is sharp and taking a really creative approach to this work. The company has great ambitions, and is doing a good job viewing the problems holistically (not just the tech and science, but also the business and commercial pieces).

The company is young and still experiencing growing pains. Sometimes it feels like multiple separate companies rolled into one.
