Pros

Telecom is a growing sector so despite consistent under-performance due to management incompetency, the company is positioned to grow.

Cons

Horrible company culture has developed over recent years with change in executive leadership. They deliberately terminate people before their RSU vesting periods, and come up with other excuses not to pay out bonus even when well deserved. If you value job security, working for people with integrity, being rewarded for working hard and being a part of a winning team then avoid this place. Advancement is generally awarded based on friendship as opposed to work product, the same goes for retention even after tenure. I worked here for 3 years and was terminated for "performance" while on 2 weeks PTO. I was given no severance and no real reason for which aspects of my performance were inadequate. I had received all positive performance reviews and was given multiple compensation increases during the prior year leading up to my termination. I am posting this in hopes that others will not fall into the same trap I did, these people cannot and should not be trusted.

Pros

Excellent sales enablement, tools, and internal support. Leadership has done a good job creating an environment where Enterprise Account Executives can focus on selling instead of getting bogged down by administrative tasks. CRM data is clean, processes are organized, and responsibilities between Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management are clearly defined. It’s refreshing to work for a company that invests in the systems and structure needed to help its sales teams succeed.

Cons

Ongoing integration efforts following the Crown Castle Fiber acquisition mean some processes and systems are still evolving. As with most enterprise sales roles, building pipeline requires significant self-sourcing and prospecting across a large territory. The product portfolio is extensive, which creates a bit of a learning curve for new hires but also provides opportunities to solve complex customer challenges.
