I recently joined Zayo after a 20+ year career with MCI/WorldCom/Verizon. Zayo reminds me of my early days at MCI - exciting, energetic, and confident in our ability to change the landscape in telecommunications. Zayo is like the early MCI - hard working, and hard charging employees who are determined at making a difference. But Zayo is not for everyone. You need to be self-reliant, self-confident in your abilities, and willing to learn and put in long hours. You are in charge of your learning curve, you drive results, and you need to study and network with those who know how to get things done. That said I would highly recommend this company.
Cons
Total reliance on Sales Force Dot Com.- if you do not have experience with this cloud application your learning curve will be steep.
