Pros
Working from home is the biggest pro for me as a single mom. This is a place where anyone can succeed that works hard, is motivated and constantly learns more to get ahead. Because the group I work for is so small, close relationships are developed with even upper management so communication is good and I feel heard when I have suggestions. I really enjoy working for Zayo, especially coming from a very rigid, micromanaged corporate environment.
Cons
The pay is slightly lower than the same position with other local companies. End of month, and especially end of quarter, is a mad dash to get orders submitted and completed. Long hours are necessary to get the work done. Something I have also noticed is that employees sometimes speak to each other in an unprofessional way when there are disagreements.
