Pros

This is a smaller company, but overall they do a great job of recognizing people for their hard work. It is a very fast pace environment and you are always learning. Everyone is focused on doing their best and helping out when they can. There seems to be opportunity for growth within the organization which is promising. The company seems focused on improving in every way they can. Great culture, including BBQ's and happy hour events.

Cons

There are a few departments that are overloaded with work. Some processes need to be ironed out especially involving expedite fees. There is little training, so it's a better fit for someone who is used to this type of environment.

Thanks for comment. I agree some groups are overloaded, though this is easing a bit. We need to make progress on processes and data integrity. The "little training" will likely continue, so we need people who are enjoy and can excel in this environment. We watch overall comp package closely. We do not believe in "yearly pay raises", or "yearly" anything else for that matter. We give comp treatment when we believe an employee merits an adjustment, regardless of where we are in a calendar. We favor equity, commissions, and quarterly bonus as material parts of our comp package. We are looking for employees who favor the financial upside associated with exceptional company, team, and individual performance. Simply hiring more people does not necessarily mean processes will flow better. Better processes, automation, and data is more important. Adding people might make process clog up even more. Thanks again for post.

Pros

Excellent sales enablement, tools, and internal support. Leadership has done a good job creating an environment where Enterprise Account Executives can focus on selling instead of getting bogged down by administrative tasks. CRM data is clean, processes are organized, and responsibilities between Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management are clearly defined. It’s refreshing to work for a company that invests in the systems and structure needed to help its sales teams succeed.

Cons

Ongoing integration efforts following the Crown Castle Fiber acquisition mean some processes and systems are still evolving. As with most enterprise sales roles, building pipeline requires significant self-sourcing and prospecting across a large territory. The product portfolio is extensive, which creates a bit of a learning curve for new hires but also provides opportunities to solve complex customer challenges.
