Pros
From a sales perspective, you couldn't ask for a better opportunity base. With all of Zayo's acquisitions, there is nearly an unlimited amount of opportunities for upgrades,renewals, and new services for existing customers. New opportunities for partnering with business not yet under the Zayo fold are pouring in daily, and Zayo equips you to build pretty much anything the customer wants, so long as it makes financial sense for the company. Compensation plan is great, and from what I can tell, every bit of effort is highly praised and fairly compensated.
Cons
Because the opportunities are so abundant, it is commonplace to put in 11-12 hour days just to keep up with requests from customers. In my experience, this is pretty standard for sales, but just be warned...anything outside of work will suffer.
