Thanks for the comment. I often say Zayo isn't right for everyone, and I receive at times constructive feedback that I should say this. I think all companies are better suited for some than others. Zayo is particularly well suited for those who have a ton of energy and determination to be the best. It is fast paced. It is a very good opportunity for advancement. It is financially sound. Many (most?) of our employees find it to be a great place to work. Like you, I believe all of these to be true.
I think our processes are okay by industry standards, but industry standards are not an acceptable yardstick. Our processes and data need to be solid period. Since most of our data and processes are embedded in Salesforce.com, we have an opportunity to have processes that are far better than ever seen in our industry. Let's make this happen.
We (led by senior management) need to make our environment better from a work life balance perspective. This wasn't much of an option in the past few years given our journey, but it is now. The transition won't be overnight, but we can make strides every month.
