Pros

Dynamic and challenging environment, employees are hard-working and highly motivated, large company with start-up mentality/feel that's exciting, individuals that are strong critical thinkers and can adapt quickly to change can succeed and advance within the company, recent implementation of initiatives to improve employee satisfaction (system training, 401k matching, group fitness classes, etc.), management team/executives have strong industry knowledge/experience (lunch and learns with difference service lines and members of executive team have been very beneficial to employees)

Cons

Work-life balance can be a challenge and it's hard to predict when overtime is coming (tends to be driven by corporate actions), base work force is relatively inexperienced (although highly energetic and enthusiastic, creates need for effective training and processes), no coffee/tea provided by the company (seems like a small thing, but have heard many employees comment on lack of this and it matters to employees), reporting deliverables (both internal and external) can be excessive (consider scaling back to truly important metrics/information)

Pros

Excellent sales enablement, tools, and internal support. Leadership has done a good job creating an environment where Enterprise Account Executives can focus on selling instead of getting bogged down by administrative tasks. CRM data is clean, processes are organized, and responsibilities between Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management are clearly defined. It’s refreshing to work for a company that invests in the systems and structure needed to help its sales teams succeed.

Cons

Ongoing integration efforts following the Crown Castle Fiber acquisition mean some processes and systems are still evolving. As with most enterprise sales roles, building pipeline requires significant self-sourcing and prospecting across a large territory. The product portfolio is extensive, which creates a bit of a learning curve for new hires but also provides opportunities to solve complex customer challenges.
