Pros
The company is desperate to hire, so if you have little or no experience, they will take you.
Cons
As per the pro above, they will take you and provide you no training, pay you 25-30% less than what you are probably really worth, and ask you to do things like work without the proper permits and/or work 12 hours a day for weeks on end and/or work during the day and then also work during the night. In addition, they will micro-manage your every move. Their company "values" are all about enriching the company's shareholders at your expense. You also might get the pleasure of having to call in to a "shout-down" conference call where, at the top of every hour, you will have to apprise upper management, who apparently have nothing better to do than attend conference calls all day (God forbid they actually do some of their own work!), about project status.
