My experience working as a Customer Success representative was somewhat disappointing. The role had its moments, but overall, I felt there was a lack of adequate support and resources to effectively do my job. Communication from management was inconsistent, and expectations were often unclear. The workload was heavy, and opportunities for career advancement seemed limited. While I appreciated the chance to help clients directly,
