Pros
1) Flexible time shift 2) Good learning opportunity 3) You need to approach people rather than sending emails,calls i.e. people oriented company
Cons
1) worst KT/Product training. Please try to improve KT sessions as finally without knowing the high level understanding of the product, it is very hard to get the job done. 2) People will create such circumstance that u need to spend time almost around 10-11 hours, 3 hours extra daily (This one is totally my personal opinion)
