Pros
Zeomega is place to learn. You would have an opportunity to grow in your skills as one developer may work on everything. Exposure is very high. CEO is extremely passionate and has a very good foresight .
Cons
Top management is very poor and has no value for employees. Employees are openly threatened, shouted on in front of peers and so on. The HR is also extremely poor as it reports to the IT head and is not separate. You cannot expect or complain issues as it is governed and controlled and will not get addressed.
