The management needs to talk out problems with people.not scare them by there position. i can get a different job right. If you keep them happy, call them sir sir things are fine, or you are in trouble. the person commented true that threat is common. I am an ex-employee and I am sad to say that i was never happy working here. Its a very good place as i got many good friends here. r&d is also good. i will like to work here again if higher managements leading IT,DB change there way of interacting with team and give them respect.
