Top Management is really focused especially CEO and a few in executive team Work life balance Open door policy Compensation offered and yearly hikes are good Product is the best in the market Management knows their area's of investment. Some trend setting features are being added to the product portfolio I have heard people saying majority of employees are stuck here for years and knows nothing. But per my analysis people who are here for long time are actually running the show. They work really hard. People who have joined here recently showing great merits and big company tags are doing nothing. They just come here to sit chitchat or do personal work.
