The people you work with co-workers are generally nice people by nature, willing to make friends beyond work. Growth is evident as the company is growing to new markets internationally CEO is a good person with passion for the company Dress code and environment is relaxed.
Cons
Bad upper management. This company has very bad managers especially on the Director level, most of them micro-manage with no clear directions. Any great idea to streamline a process can be easily ignored. Even when one works hard compared to his/her co-workers no real appreciation is show. Recent hired directors are clueless in leadership which is bad for others as this company has potential no development plans or career paths are present or offered unequal treatment to workers and biased treatment of employees by management Please think twice before taking a offer.
