Sr management never cares about employees ,Hr is not existent..They just listen to what director says and fires employees who are experienced and they don't have any work life balance. LIke other mentioned there is Open favoritism .It reminds me of Typical Indian company and same culture exists .Sr management listens to feed back of there Implementation managers and Lead BA if they like u...ur in the company ..if they dislike you ..your surely going be fired!!
