Pros
The owners are very good and helpful. Listen to the concerns of the employees. They are approachable and very down to earth. CEO has ego and is short tempered, but like it is mentioned in one of the recent review comments, its the passion. and when a person follows a motto "Nothing is impossible", that person will always have an ego and will always be short tempered, name few similar people. Steve Jobs.. no one liked him, Bill Gate... co founder did not like him... etc....they both gave us products which was blindly acceptable. People were/are waiting to join these organizations. CFO/CSO, a wonderful person and well planned.Very thorough, tactical and sometimes Shrewd.. which again the position demands it
Cons
Relatives should realize that they do not own the company and stop playing games. Pass on right information about deserving candidates, rather than selecting and nominating one from there own group. Sometimes its a mafia law... you go against them or talk rudely to them, your career here doomed. With no market/prior experience these fellows act as if they know everything, but using Google and having experience are two different things, is a realization that has to come from within. Relatives, specially in US has an ego more that the owner. If you mess around, then you will find yourself and your career within the WWF ring. Unfortunately CEO knows everything, but employees are asked to leave or warned. Cause a different story is presented to the CEO by the relatives. But But but, once the CEO comes to know your abilities, then the relatives have no option but to adjust and play mind games
