Pros
Pros depend on your manage, if you are lucky to have a good manager. Some managers are just going to make it miserable when you show up at work everyday.
Cons
Pay standard different for different ppl. It could be possible your coworker who is also a business analyst doing the exact same thing as you is earning 20k-30k more. Got out from Zeo when I realized I was wayyy underpaid than my colleagues who were doing the same job.
