Come to the office and get paid without doing much work.

Management doesn't really care about their employees and all they care about are metrics and cost savings.

Though performance metrics and cost savings are definitely important to Zebra, I can assure you those aren’t the only things concerning our leaders. Managing and caring for our employees is a basic expectation of our management teams. Paid Time Off is generous if allowed to use

Cons

Management is a disaster. Far too many Senior Managers that do not contribute but reduce total comp or headcount available for the real work. Talented, high-performing individuals leave in droves. Often when the company goes through the lay-off period, They terminate all the high earners in favor of hiring junior staff, who then leave very shortly. Very high attrition rate. HR is zero help, as should be expected. Failing tech with no valid improvements. Shrinking stock and market capitalization.
