Pros

-WFH -Learn new stuff, only if you initiate and do it and prove to the management about its viability. -Have a few good perks in the office -A lot of smart people

Cons

-Shifting priorities, and no clear vision. We built a product but failed to execute. -No more growth for talented employees so they felt not important. -Managers are by title only their hands are tied and no room to create opportunities to its members.

Also, thanks for the advice, our leadership takes this type of feedback seriously. We know how taxing the integration was on our people and though there were bumps along the way, were very pleased with the outcome.
